A direct marketing base of 1 million campers keeps this campground giant busy coming up with fresh and fun ideas to pitch to a willing audience. Their biggest challenge? Creating messages that transfer across the board to a wide range of campers with vastly different needs. Kinetic designed a newsletter in a colorful, fun format that was individualized to each campground. The result was a 35 percent increase in reservations with those campgrounds that had a newsletter.
